Our team

In the old cliché: we are small but perfectly formed. Not as small as we were, indeed we have had to move to bigger offices two times in the last 18 months (three times as at 7 July 2015!)- and probably have to move again within the next 18. It’s a bit of a bother, but with all hands pulling together it has become less of an onerous task.

But that’s what we do – all pull together. We don’t have fancy job titles, we don’t really have any formal management structure and we all share the same open space office – no flash executive suites here! But we do all know what needs doing, we all have direct contact with Clients, we all help each other out and we are all quick to let others know our opinions. And it works - see some of the testimonials for proof of that. A committed team.

Some of the team members are shown below, eventually we will persuade all of them to show their faces here!

Ps. We may not have any current vacancies, but send us your CV anyway if you fancy joining us.

Nigel Harris

Director and founder member of the company. Particular responsibility these days for day to management of the Company and Client and Supplier relationships. Most definitely not an IT person, “I’m really thankful to be surrounded by such a good team of geeks who do know what they are doing.”

Nowadays, outside of work, enjoys travel and eating out, preferably combining both and also the company of his gorgeous grandkids. Oh, and also is a life long supporter of Gillingham Football Club, but hasn’t allowed that to adversely affect his life.

Richard Kujawski

All round  technical whizz. Amongst other things looks after our servers, provides database administration support, manages third party software and licences. And on top of all this finds time to deal with Clients and develop and implement many of the public facing fundraising web pages. Currently our longest serving team member and long may he continue to be so.

Not surprisingly in his spare time loves tinkering with computers and other high tech pieces of kit. Keeps fit running around the countryside geo caching with his family.

Hannah Trott

A star developer working mainly on the Hub. Completed her MSc Information Technology Management for Business following her BSc at Greenwich University in 2012 and joined us in January 2013. “I really enjoy being part of the team as we all help and support one another but can still enjoy each other’s sense of humour (well those who have got one).”

Interested in loads of things, including reading, dancing, swimming and tri-athalons,

Mathew Harris

We don’t really have job titles, but if we did Mathew’s would probably be Production Manager. He is our data and direct debit main man and takes responsibility for all data issues and BACS interfaces. He also gets involved in our new business proposals and, in between all this, finds time to manage the day to day duties of our biggest account: Macmillan Cancer Support.

Enjoys most sports and travelling and being dad to two fantastically lovely kids: Ella and Harry.

George Sangotade

One of newest members, joined us in April 2014 as a junior IT Admin support type person, basically getting involved in anything and everything in order to learn the business. Longer term his aim is to specialise in database administration – watch this space.

Got his BSc in Computer Science at University of Hull, this is his first real job. ”I love it here” he says, “the work is good and interesting, the team are helpful and the boss is the best” –   he’s going to go far.

A tech geek and self proclaimed genius. Goes by the nickname of Obi Wan. Microsoft’s number one fan and disciple with all the certificates and diplomas to prove it. Chief software architect for the CGHub, nowadays mainly operates as our senior consultant working with Clients on data integration procedures and API services

Buys every new gadget the day it hits the shops and is a  Spurs fan – sums it up!

Jonathan Peters

“Honest, adaptable and loyal with extensive IT experience. Possesses wide ranging software and technology knowledge. A good team member.” That’s what he tells us. And, to be fair, it’s all true.

Currently using his all-round skills to support key systems and Clients and finding time to get involved in project and system developments. A real asset to the team.

In his spare time a dedicated family man with a keen interest in all things aviation. A real high flyer!
