The Mosaic Group led by Duncan Marrison and Tony Gill have recently acquired interests in both Committed Giving Ltd and Telebank Ltd creating a formidable three-way collaboration and catapulting them into the position of leading service provider to third sector organisations throughout the UK.

This remarkable amalgamation came to a conclusion after long standing partner relationships between Mosaic (Marketing & Business Services) led by Duncan Marrison, Telebank (Response Handling House) led by Diane Birchall and Committed Giving (Online Donations & BACS Bureau) led by Nigel Harris.

In light of wider offering of services, customers in the charity sector should now look more favourably on the group’s larger scale and vast range of services available and further efficiencies to be gained.

This partnership will deliver significant customer benefits that are available at this level only from a formal affiliation; including a total 360 donor acquisition and management service that includes everything from Creative Design, Print and Mailing to Response Handling, Transaction Processing and Supporter Care.
