Not as small as we were, indeed we have had to move to bigger offices two times in the last 18 months (three times as at 7 July 2016!)- and probably have to move again within the next 18. But with this team, (and the others not shown here yet!) all pulling together as a team, moving offices - like everything else we do - gets done quickly, quietly and efficiently.
Then that’s what we do – all pull together. We don’t have fancy job titles, we don’t really have any formal management structure and we all share the same open space office – no flash executive suites here! But we do all know what needs doing, we all have direct contact with Clients, we all help each other out and we are all quick to let others know our opinions. And it works - see some of the testimonials for proof of that. A committed team.
