Customer Success Manager

We now have an opportunity for an energetic, personable and ambitious Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our busy team and help us to maintain and grow our business. The role will involve supporting and nurturing existing Clients, large and small, and will also provide some opportunities to work on new business pitches and tenders.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience or knowledge of the charity fundraising sector. An understanding of the digital aspects related to fundraising would be beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport and develop relationships with individuals at many levels within the Client charity. Robust and accurate planning and organisational skills are a must and success in this role demands a proactive approach to deliver targets and the ability to work collaboratively with the whole team.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products and services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

The role can be a hybrid split between home working and our offices at the Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne. Starting salary is competitive based on experience. Driving licence and own transport is advisable.
