We don't believe in dictating how our charity clients do things, so Direct Debit Flex allows you to take total control over every aspect of your charity's Direct Debits. A flexible approach enables you to decide the details of your Direct Debit management, from choosing your processing date to adding the third-party system integrations you need.

And building on our existing Direct Debit Plus service, our ‘Flex’ solution allows access to powerful data insights because we know from experience that can help your charity increase its impact. Insights are easily accessed via our user-friendly CGHub, from which you can run your own bespoke reports according to their specific needs, not ours, as and when you need them.
