We are very pleased to announce that Mosaic Fulfilment Solutions Ltd, the specialist ‘banking and thanking’, fulfilment and personalised communications division of the Mosaic Group has taken an equity stake in CommmittedGiving Ltd.
CommittedGiving and Mosaic have been successfully working together for a long while and our shared approach to both Client service and technology along with our overlapping products and applications makes this joining a perfect match.

By acquiring an interest in Committed Giving, Mosaic is able to deliver complete end-to-end transaction processing services for our not for profit clients, including regular giving, online and offline donations and seamless supporter communications. Mosaic had established a strong partnership arrangement and service proposition with Committed Giving, it very much made sense for Mosaic to further formalise this arrangement and acquire an interest in CommittedGiving.
This acquisition is incredibly exciting for Mosaic, the technology and service offering Committed Giving provide is very much industry leading and very much compliments that of Mosaic, we have fully integrated the Committed Giving front end digital platform and Direct Debit processing activities into our existing proposition providing a complete end-to-end transaction processing service for our Clients, fully scalable, supported by the latest technologies and delivering security and compliance as standard.“
