Direct Debit and Regular Giving Management
We’ve been processing Direct Debits for charities with their own bank Service User Number (SUN) for more than 20 years and if you don’t yet have one, we can help you get set up.
The advantage is that by using your SUN, funds are received directly into your charity’s bank account, ensuring you have total control of your Direct Debits from start to finish.
It also means you are protecting your charity’s brand visibility, while your supporter’s journey is maintained with you and not redirected to a third-party processor, which can be off putting.
We specialise in processing your Direct Debits using your charity’s own branding so that the online experience looks and feels the same as the rest of your website. Across all our services it’s always only your brand that supporters see and trust, whether that’s on your donation page or on their bank statement.
Most of our services have automated email acknowledgements built in, but flexibility comes as standard. You decide which message is sent to whom, with the freedom to tailor them where necessary.
